Fall 2018 NYSCCBOA Conference
November 14 – 16, 2018 Cooperstown, NY


The Fall 2018 Conference begins on Wednesday, November 14th and concludes at 12:00
p.m. on Friday, November 16th.

REGISTRATION.  Each attendee should register on-line to attend the conference. In keeping with past practice, the hotel charge includes lunch and dinner on the day of check-in and breakfast on the day of departure. Should you wish to stay for lunch, however departing the conference early, please be sure to include a transient meal for lunch on the day of departure. For those not staying in the hotel, each meal choice is an available option for you to participate in.

BUSINESS MEMBERS – NON-SPONSOR ATTENDEES.  Please note the registration fee to register as a non-sponsor business member attendee remains at $500/person. Each attendee from your company must register to participate at the conference.


HOTEL RESERVATIONS.  Reservations at The Otesaga should be made by Sunday, October 28, 2018. The Room Rate of $255/night includes lunch and dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast on the departure date. Hotel reservations may be made as follows:

MEMBERSHIP DUES:  Membership in the Association of NYS CCBOA Ltd. is required in order to attend the conference. As we begin the new fiscal year membership dues are payable for each entity, not individual. As such, this is not included as part of the registration process. Please utilize the membership dues invoice on the web site.  Please kindly note the “remit to” information has changed.
